I help our clients navigate the world of workplace wellness and help them further understand the value of living a healthy lifestyle. Through well-crafted, easy to grasp communications and resources, I partner with my Apex Benefits team to provide workplace wellness solutions and benefits resources to our clients. I love helping people "connect the dots" and become their own advocate in the health and wellness space. I worked for a Fortune 50 insurance company for over 8 years and learned a great deal about the insurance business and how a focus on a healthy lifestyle can make such a difference. Educating people is my passion...I find a way to help others learn in most everything I do. On a personal note I, along with my wonderful husband, enjoy being active raising our two young children. I also enjoy participating in various fitness classes, playing tennis, gardening and active as a PTO executive board member.
