I’m responsible for ongoing service for Apex Benefits clients. That includes everything from billing and claims resolution, employee education, and strategic planning to handling RFPs, email communications, and being the point person for health care reform and compliance. I enjoy making insurance make sense to people. It’s a complicated industry with its own language and it’s fun to see the moment it makes sense to someone for the first time.
