I love solving problems for employers and their employees to help them run their plans more efficiently and generally “get things done.” I manage implementations, provide ongoing customer service and plan management needs, and act as a liaison with insurance vendors. Working in Chicago prior to moving to Indiana gives me a unique perspective for Apex Benefits clients.
