We formailze the process in our Professional Services agreement. This document outlines the minimum service standards we perform for you throughout the year. From aggressively negotiating the best possible plan to providing employers the attention and caring attitude needed, Apex is a true advisor and advocate. We believe that every client deserves a dedicated customer service-focused contact; one who will meet face-to-face on a regular basis. Apex not only assigns an account manager to every client, we believe that monthly contact, and quarterly meetings are necessary to evaluate a plan's performance and identify areas for improvement, and to satisfy your support needs.
