I guide and manage the overall human resources services, policies, and programs for our entire company with the goal of developing a superior workforce. A Fortune 50 CEO once told me, “We have to eat our own dog food.” That resonated with me. We have to walk the talk. Not just participate in, but embrace wellness as a lifestyle choice. And believe in the products and services we offer. Raising our three young children with my husband of 12 years teaches me something new every day and gives me the belief I can handle anything—even running the Mini Marathon right after major surgery.
