I believe the most important task for HR today is to find good advisors and consultants who understand what works today won’t be good enough for tomorrow. Assisting Apex Benefits clients with group health and welfare plans, I know that we have to work smarter today and develop even better ideas for tomorrow. On the personal side, people might be surprised to know that my wife and I are the proud parents of five boys, ranging in age from 19 to 4.
