I lead our Client Management Team and manage key client accounts. The best part of my job is knowing that we provide Apex Benefits quality service to our clients, focusing on their specific needs. Our business is a very complicated business and becoming more so by the day. You need a broad range of experience combined with good old-fashioned common sense to resolve client issues. As a manager, I’m proud that I’ve been able to use my knowledge and skills set to coach colleagues to help them reach goals they didn’t think they could achieve.
