I develop strategic relationships with potential clients and support sales development. I concentrate on helping people all day long whether they are external or internal customers. That kind of focus is how I became COO of my last employer and how I earned the rank of Sharp Shooter in the Army. I like to think my kids learned focus from me, too. Both are college students. My daughter is also president of her late father’s crop insurance company after obtaining her license last August. My son works alongside his sister at the insurance company when not pitching in D-I level baseball.
